Since 2021, the immediate, near and far area around Baan Sammi has experienced an extraordinary increase in activity in the marketing of real estate, mainly through the offering of a countless number of plots on which residential buildings can be built.
The plots (all with the highest land title deed), formerly rice fields, have been filled up with soil at street level, mains water and electricity connections have been made so that residential buildings can be erected on the plots immediately. Each plot has access to a public road, some of these roads have been recently constructed.
Especially for people who know the natural environment and tranquility of Baan Sammi, like current and former tenants, there are now various new possibilities to own a property, for example:
- Acquiring a plot of land adjacent to Baan Sammi. Such a plot can be connected to Baan Sammi if desired.
- The joint acquisition of a large neighboring property that can be divided up as an investment or as a residential property or both.
- The acquisition of a partial plot (with or without an existing home) from Baan Sammi and the connection with a purchased neighboring plot.

Land west of Baan Sammi: This land has already been divided into 7 plots of between 75 and 126 tarang-wa each (359–603 yd² = 3,229–5,425 ft² = 300–504 m²), the plots have been offered for sale since July 2021, and 2 plots have already been sold. The north facing photo was taken from the public road south of the land. This road, after a sharp bend, runs along the western boundary of the plots, as shown in the photo. The eastern boundary can be identified by the trees and bamboo which are located on the Baan Sammi property.
